With the launch of Sale e Pepe Mare, we bring the flavours and glamour of the Italian Riviera to London and are looking for a Bar Manager to create a bar experience that embodies la dolce vita. This is a rare opportunity to build a premium cocktail program from the ground up, leading the bar team through pre-opening to service excellence.

The Role:

As Bar Manager, you will lead all bar operations and oversee daily service while working alongside the Beverage Director to develop the concept and menu development. Your creativity, leadership, and attention to detail will set the tone for an elevated, yet welcoming bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a drinks program with a strong focus on classic Italian cocktails, spritzes, and premium spirits.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate bar team.
