The Role:
As Bar Manager, youll lead all bar operations, youll lead all bar operations and oversee daily service while working alongside the Beverage Director to develop the concept and menu development. Your creativity, leadership, and attention to detail will set the tone for an elevated, yet welcoming bar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a drinks program with a strong focus on classic Italian cocktails, spritzes, and premium spirits.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate bar team.
• Ensure smooth daily bar operations, exceptional service, and guest engagement.
• Manage stock, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to align drinks with food and overall guest experience.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-end venue.
• Expertise in classic and modern cocktails, especially Italian and Mediterranean-inspired.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Passion for hospitality, innovation, and premium service.
• Strong understanding of compliance, licensing, and health & safety.
