Los Mochis Notting Hill is seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning team in the heart of Notting Hill. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service each day. Working overnight, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the kitchen, equipment, and back‑of‑house areas, supporting the chefs and wider team behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas throughout the night
- Deep clean kitchen equipment, floors, storage areas, and work surfaces
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with waste management and recycling procedures
- Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Support chefs and kitchen team with basic tasks when required
- Prepare the kitchen for the following day’s service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
