As an Omakase Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in delivering an intimate and seamless dining journey, supporting the senior culinary team in preparing and presenting precise, elegant, and thoughtful dishes while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of the Omakase service, ensuring each course is executed with precision, consistency, and care.
- Prepare and present dishes with exceptional attention to detail, balance, and technique in an open-kitchen setting.
- Handle premium seasonal ingredients with care, ensuring minimal waste and maximum flavour.
- Maintain impeccable mise en place, cleanliness, and organisation at all times.
- Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, health, and safety throughout every service.
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a high-end Japanese, sushi, or Omakase restaurant.

- Excellent knife skills and a strong eye for precision, balance, and presentation.
