Los Mochis Notting Hill is seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Porter to join our award-winning team in the heart of Notting Hill. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen is fully prepared for service each day. Working overnight, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the kitchen, equipment, and back-of-house areas, supporting the chefs and wider team behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas throughout the night
- Deep clean kitchen equipment, floors, storage areas, and work surfaces
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with waste management and recycling procedures
- Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Support chefs and kitchen team with basic tasks when required
- Prepare the kitchen for the following day’s service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essential
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK
