Part-Time Host / Hostess - Los Mochis Notting Hill

We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Host / Hostess to join our front-of-house team and become the welcoming face of Los Mochis.
The Role
As a Part-Time Host / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression from the moment they arrive. Working closely with the Restaurant Management team and front-of-house colleagues, you will manage reservations, coordinate guest seating, and help ensure the smooth flow of service throughout each shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys engaging with people while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and guest enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate seating arrangements to maximise guest experience and operational flow
- Maintain accurate reservation records and waitlists
- Build positive relationships with guests and anticipate their needs
- Communicate effectively with restaurant management and service teams

- Handle guest requests and concerns confidently and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host / Hostess or within a premium hospitality environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Current right to work in the UK
