The Role - Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service standards at all times
- Support the overall performance of the restaurant, driving sales and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating working environment
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
