Los Mochis City is looking for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our flagship restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to step into a fast-paced, high-performing kitchen, working within a unique nut- and gluten-free environment where precision, creativity, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. The Role:

As a Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section.
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on prep, production, and service.
  • Deliver consistently high standards in presentation, flavour, and execution.
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and new ideas.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.
  • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management.
  • Help train and develop junior members of the team.

What We're Looking For:

A strong Junior Pastry Sous Chef will have:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie within pastry.
  • Exposure to high-quality restaurant or hotel environments.
  • Solid pastry fundamentals and strong attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion to learn, grow, and develop.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
