Los Mochis City is looking for a talented Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street, offering breathtaking views of the City skyline. As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the pastry section in producing exceptional desserts that reflect creativity, precision, and outstanding presentation.

The Role
As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie to support daily operations of the pastry section. This role is ideal for a motivated pastry professional looking to develop their skills in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen while contributing to innovative dessert creations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and execution of all pastry dishes to the highest standard
- Assist in developing new desserts aligned with our Mexican-Japanese concept
- Maintain excellent organisation and mise en place within the pastry section
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with stock control, waste reduction, and ingredient management
- Support senior chefs and mentor commis chefs when required
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Pastry Chef in a high-quality kitchen
- Strong passion for pastry, desserts, and presentation
- Knowledge of modern pastry techniques; Japanese or Latin flavours an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Full right to work in the UK
