LUNA Omakase is seeking an exceptional Omakase Head Waiter to join our intimate 12-seat omakase experience within Los Mochis City, located on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. As Omakase Head Waiter, you will lead the front-of-house guest journey within the omakase space, delivering seamless, highly personalised service while working closely with the chefs to create an immersive and unforgettable experience. The Role: As Omakase Head Waiter, you will:
- Lead service within the omakase space with confidence and warmth
- Deliver a highly engaging and personalised guest experience
- Build strong relationships with returning guests and VIP clientele
- Work closely with the chefs to ensure seamless coordination throughout service
- Present dishes, ingredients, and beverages with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every aspect of the guest journey
- Support and guide junior front-of-house team members
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are maintained at all times
