We are looking for an exceptional Omakase Chef to join LUNA, the exclusive 12-seat Omakase counter within Los Mochis London City. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Omakase Chef to take a leading role in delivering a refined, guest-led dining experience, working with premium seasonal ingredients in an intimate, open-kitchen environment. As an Omakase Chef, you will be at the centre of the experience, leading service, engaging directly with guests, and delivering a precise, elegant, and memorable tasting journey.

What you'll be doing as an Omakase Chef:

  • Leading Omakase service with confidence, precision, and consistency
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standard in a live, guest-facing environment
  • Working closely with the Executive Head Chef Leonard Tanyag on seasonal menu development
  • Showcasing strong Edomae and modern Japanese techniques
  • Handling premium ingredients with care and respect
  • Creating a seamless and engaging guest experience through storytelling and interaction
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
