Los Mochis City is seeking an outstanding Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our flagship venue, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant features a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the City. This is our second London location, following the success of Los Mochis Notting Hill.
As a Breakfast Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our morning guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to start their day. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast service while delivering the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner during breakfast service
- Managing reservations, walk-ins, and guest flow during busy morning periods
- Handling telephone and in-person enquiries promptly and courteously
- Managing waiting lists and communicating accurate wait times
- Creating and maintaining an efficient seating plan
- Escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
- Coordinating closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service
- Preparing and setting up the host stand and dining area for breakfast service
About You
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality restaurant (breakfast experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A positive, energetic attitude—especially during early morning shifts
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
- Ambition to grow within a professional hospitality team
- Proof of right to work in the UK
