This is an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work in a high-end, high-volume kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes within one of London's most innovative restaurant concepts.

The Role - Chef de Partie:

As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality, and organisation across every service. This Chef de Partie role is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run your designated kitchen section during service with full ownership and accountability
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintain excellent mise en place and organisation at all times
  • Ensure consistency in portioning, flavour, cooking, and presentation
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards
  • Store, label, and rotate ingredients correctly
  • Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and support ordering
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Support, train, and mentor junior chefs
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on menu development and daily specials
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections during service

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen fundamentals
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation
