Los Mochis City is seeking an outstanding Assistant Bar Manager to support our flagship restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant's smooth operation and success. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bartenders, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cocktail menu, incorporating innovative and trending drink recipes.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking of bar supplies, beverages, and ingredients.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and techniques, and implement them to enhance the bar's offerings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
