Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Assistant Bar Manager to join our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in leading a high-performing bar team within one of London’s most exciting restaurant destinations. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards, team development, and memorable guest experiences throughout service.
