Los Mochis City is looking for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our flagship restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. The Role:
As Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will:
- Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section
- Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on prep, production, and service
- Deliver consistently high standards in presentation, flavour, and execution
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and new ideas
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
- Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Help train and develop junior members of the team
What We’re Looking For:
A strong Junior Pastry Sous Chef will have:
- Experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie within pastry
