Los Mochis is seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our flagship team at our stunning rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant features a 3000 sq ft outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the City.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of an exceptional wine and sake program.
- Provide expert, engaging wine and sake recommendations to guests.
- Work closely with the Head of Wine & Sake, senior management, and the kitchen team on pairings and special events.
- Assist with cellar management, stock control, and maintaining service standards.
- Support team training and knowledge-sharing across the front-of-house team.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and contribute to the continued growth of the beverage program.

Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of global wines; sake knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent guest engagement and storytelling skills.
- Commercial awareness, including stock control and cost management.
- A genuine passion for wine, sake, food, and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent is preferred, though we welcome candidates with strong practical experience and a desire to continue learning.
