Los Mochis City is looking for an experienced Night Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at our flagship rooftop venue on 100 Liverpool Street. Blending the bold flavours of Mexico with the precision of Japan, Los Mochis offers a unique and high-quality dining experience in one of London’s most exciting restaurant settings.

As Night Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and maintaining high standards across your section during evening and night service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to brand standards
  • Maintain excellent mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness
  • Run your section efficiently during night service
  • Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP procedures
  • Support stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
  • Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organised under pressure
  • Experience with Japanese or Latin American cuisine is beneficial but not essential
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork
  • Full right to work in the UK
