Pastry Chef de Partie Los Mochis City Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Pastry Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team at our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street.

Located on the 9th floor with panoramic views across the City of London, Los Mochis City brings together the vibrancy of Mexican cuisine and the elegance of Japanese cooking to create one of London's most exciting dining experiences.

We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie who is passionate about creating beautiful desserts, committed to high standards, and eager to develop within a fast-growing restaurant group.

The Role As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Pastry Chef in delivering exceptional desserts and pastry items that complement the unique Los Mochis experience.
