Los Mochis City is seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to lead our beverage program at our flagship restaurant, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sqft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sqft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second London location following the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar team and act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your creativity, leadership, and expertise will ensure the delivery of outstanding cocktails, impeccable service, and seamless bar operations in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will play a key role in developing the cocktail program, mentoring the bar team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
