What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading and inspiring the team during service
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
- Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Training and developing junior chefs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
- A genuine passion for Spanish cuisine and tapas culture
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A team player who leads by example
