We are partnered with a fast-scaling technology business who are looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives in a data-heavy, commercially driven environment. This role sits at the heart of the organisation, partnering directly with senior leaders to drive clarity, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making. The role will be the go-to finance contact for operational and commercial teams, ensuring costs are understood, allocated correctly, and used to inform real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and enhance cost allocation models, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business activity.
  • Work with large, complex data sets, building reporting and insight that supports operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Act as a true business partner to senior stakeholders, challenging constructively and influencing strategy.
  • Deliver monthly performance packs, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling across multiple business units.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting quality, and data integrity.
  • Provide clear, concise financial insight to the Senior Leadership Team, with regular exposure and direct interaction.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong background in management accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • Proven experience working with large data sets and building meaningful insight.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - confident, credible, and able to challenge senior leaders.
  • A qualified accountant with at least 2 years post qualification experience (ACA / CIMA / ACCA).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Experience in cost allocation, cost modelling, or multi-entity environments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech or SaaS-style business.
