LOROS Hospice is seeking an energetic retail professional to lead our network of 29 charity shops across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
You will report to the Area Manager and provide management cover where needed, driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will inspire and lead paid staff and volunteers, manage a flexible diary, travel to shops as required, and help teams hit ambitious targets while upholding the hospice’s compassionate ethos.
