LOROS Hospice in Leicester is seeking a Nurse Specialist to deliver a specialist nursing service for patients with Motor Neurone Disease and their families. You will be the key worker, supporting patients from diagnosis to end of life and liaising with the Neurology Department and community teams.
Post holder will provide support to other healthcare professionals, participate in MDTs, audits, and education programmes, and ensure high standards of care in line with LOROS policies.
