Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £15,280.20 per annum / £13.06 per hour

Responsibilities: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to be part of the LOROS Fundraising Department. As Supporter Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in generating funds via the support of individuals and organisations across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Working with the Supporter Engagement Officer (Partnerships), you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with local companies to generate a wide pipeline of income, including colleague-led fundraising, corporate fundraising events and campaigns, and actively promoting LOROS other fundraising activity.

Requirements: To be successful, you will have excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office packages; including Excel and the use of databases. Confidence in dealing with people and organisations is essential, as is flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. The ideal applicant will be passionate, committed and results driven with a proven track record of professionalism and innovation. You will enjoy a varied and diverse workload, working with all kinds of businesses across the region to fulfil their fundraising goals. You will need to match the passion we have for business partnerships as well as a drive and willingness to gain new leads, deliver astounding pitches, and help us reach new heights in corporate fundraising.
