Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for retail? Would you like to make a difference in the local community by raising vital funds to support terminally ill patients, their family and carers? Working for LOROS is an extremely rewarding career path. As you will be aware, no two days are the same in Charity retail and we are looking for those who are committed to making a real difference.
You will need to have experience of delivering excellent customer service. People management skills are essential as you will be leading a team of staff and volunteers, working alongside each other. You will be responsible for maximising profits to meet targets and ensuring all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.
Bespoke training will be included, along with support from other members of the LOROS team. Ongoing training and development will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
