All details will be held securely during the period of time that you are employed at LOROS and for six (6) years after ceasing your employment at which time the records will be destroyed. We are looking for those who are committed to making a real difference. You will need to have experience of delivering excellent customer service. People management skills are essential as you will be leading a team of staff and volunteers.
You will be responsible for maximising profits to meet targets and ensuring all customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. Bespoke training will be included, along with support from other members of the LOROS team. Ongoing training and development will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
- Coalville Shop: 15 hours per week - Monday to Sunday (MUST BE ABLE TO DO OVERTIME IN OTHER SHOPS WHEN REQUESTED) Salary £12.30 per hour. Closing date: 23 February 2026.
- 37.5 hours per week - rota over 7 day period. Salary - £12.71 per hour. Closing date: 24 February 2026.
- 22.5 hours per week, 3 full days flexible from Monday to Sunday. Must be available to do overtime when the manager is on annual leave to cover shop. Salary £12.37 per hour. Closing date: 2 March 2026.
