An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Shop & Warehouse Manager to work at the LOROS Pullman Road Shop & Warehouse, Wigston. In this role you will support the delivery of a high-performing shop and warehouse operation, maximising income, profit and contribution through strong commercial decision making, efficient stock management and excellent operational standards.

You will work across both the shop and warehouse, ensuring a seamless journey from donation through to sale. This will include the effective sorting, selection and distribution of stock to shops, and maintaining consistent stock flow to support other shops to achieve their sales and contribution targets.

As a member of the shop management team you will support the day to day running of the shop and the warehouse, including the leadership of staff and volunteers ensuring that pace, productivity and high standards are maintained across all areas.

37.5 hours per week | Salary £27,788 per annum

Average work hours per week:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am to 3.30pm; Friday 9am to 5.30pm; Saturday and Sunday 7.30am to 3.00pm
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.00am to 3.30pm; Friday 9am to 5.30pm

£12.71 per hour

24 hours per week | Salary £16,336.32 per annum / £13.09 per hour
