An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and proactive individual to be part of the Community Engagement Team working within the LOROS Fundraising Department. You will work as part of the Community Engagement Team helping to give LOROS supporters a unique and fantastic experience when fundraising with/for us.
You will be the main contact for individuals in our community who are undertaking fundraising activity across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, providing an excellent supporter experience for individual fundraisers, personalizing communications and tailoring each approach. You will help inspire fundraisers to continue supporting LOROS and seek opportunities to secure LOROS as the beneficiary for local fundraisers.
To be successful, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and oral, a full, clean driving license, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office packages; including Excel and the use of databases. Confidence in dealing with people and organisations is essential, as is flexibility and the ability to work on your own initiative; as well as part of a team.
