As a Senior Client Advisor, you will consistently exceed client expectations through a personable and engaging approach, driving both individual and team success through exceptional qualitative and quantitative results.

• Consistently achieve individual and team objectives, taking accountability for sales results while actively supporting colleagues to drive collective success.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by thoughtfully greeting, listening to, assisting, advising, and ultimately exceeding expectations.
• Deeply understand and confidently share our brand history and heritage.
• Showcase our product categories through expert knowledge to cross and upsell.
• Engage with diverse clients, effortlessly putting them at ease to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, etc.
• Develop and grow your client book, maintaining accurate client profiles using company systems.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging all available tools to nurture existing clients, acquire new profiles, and build long-term relationships.
• Act as a collaborative team member, actively contributing to store-wide activities and shared objectives.
• Support with Visual Merchandising in accordance with Loro Piana guidelines.
• Maintain pristine product presentation and organization across both front and back-of-house areas.
• Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures including Loro Piana’s standards in terms of grooming and behaviour.
• Support management in developing the team by acting as a mentor and a guide for new joiners

Proven experience in a similar retail environment.

Client-centric mindset with a passion for consistently exceeding expectations.
