Our client, a global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire a Workday Financials Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis, with the client site based in London. This role would be Outside IR35.
Role Purpose: To enable increased operational efficiency through the delivery of a variety of Finance and HR solutions, using technology to improve the processing lifecycle and applications within it.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all training activities for Workday Finance Programme and for the timely completion of objectives and deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and manage WD Financials strategy and plan across Workday Finance Programme.
- Coordinate and validate training activities with SMEs, including Systems Admin and Knowledge Transfer Plans and Execution from Systems Integrator I Consultants.
- Collaborate with consulting team on all areas of course development (materials, technology, and reviews).
- Develops training reports in a timely manner, as required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proficiency in Workday as a Financials Consultant.
- Strong experience in hands on role based and ‘fit for purpose’ delivery for Workday to global teams aligned to Workday Financials Program planned Go Live dates by Country.
- Experience in developing quality analysis, strategy, training plan and required reporting for Workday Financials workstream.
- Be an SME of Workday Financials of a large global programme involving significant business operational change.
- Able to build and sustain the confidence of senior level stakeholders.
