We are seeking a skilled Windows 11 Deployment Engineer to support a Windows 11 rollout project in Norwich office. This is a hands-on technical role focused on ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11 across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the deployment and configuration of Windows 11 across user devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the upgrade process.
- Ensure minimal disruption to end users during migration.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain deployment schedules and documentation.
- Provide on-site support and guidance to users post-deployment.
- Proven experience in Windows OS deployment, ideally Windows 11.
- Strong understanding of desktop hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with imaging tools and deployment automation (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
