This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers across Technology, Data, Cyber Security, Engineering, Architecture and Enterprise Platforms, helping to attract and secure exceptional talent. \n As a trusted recruitment advisor, you will lead end-to-end hiring activity, provide market insight, and proactively build talent pipelines for critical and specialist roles. You will play a key role in supporting business growth and transformation while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. \n Key Responsibilities \n Strategic Talent Partnering \n \n Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Finance teams to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. \n Provide market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions. \n Support workforce planning and organisational growth initiatives. \n Advise stakeholders on best practice recruitment approaches that drive diverse and high-performing teams. \n \n Manage recruitment activity across a range of technology disciplines, including: \n \n Technology
