Our client is hiring a Junior Project Analyst / Coordinator to support a major European POS modernisation programme within a global retail technology environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale, multi-country rollout while working closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business teams.

The Role

  • You'll play a key support role helping deliver POS upgrades across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting across the programme.
  • Manage and update Jira tickets (defects, progress tracking).
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and documentation.
  • Maintain project reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
  • Raise and manage ServiceNow requests.
  • Coordinate with business teams and store operations.
  • Provide general project admin and delivery support.

Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential - no training provided).

Previous experience in a project support / coordinator / admin role.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Retail or POS experience (even store-level exposure).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience supporting UAT processes.
