Lead one of the UK's largest and most complex network estates. We're hiring a Head of Networks to own the strategy, operation, resilience, and transformation of a large-scale enterprise network environment spanning multiple sites, locations, and business-critical services. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has led national network operations at scale and knows how to balance operational excellence, transformation delivery, and commercial accountability.

What you'll do
- Define and deliver the Network strategy and roadmap
- Lead large-scale WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN and Voice services
- Own network resilience, availability, security, and performance
- Drive major network transformation and modernisation programmes
- Lead strategic supplier relationships and ensure service excellence
- Manage operational risk, service continuity, and network governance
- Lead teams and partners across both run and change activities
What you'll bring
- Previous experience as a Head of Networks or equivalent leadership role
- Experience managing enterprise-scale, nationally distributed networks
- Strong knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, telecommunications, voice and networking technologies
- Proven success leading large third-party and managed service relationships
