Key Responsibilities

  • Automate report data inputs (e.g., Python, Excel Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate) linked to centralized data sources.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports during and after migration.
  • Communicate analysis of work and summarise findings to business partners.
  • Maintain documentation on report logic, data transformations, and automation processes.
  • Support with adhoc data analysis tasks.
  • Create new and adjust existing PowerBi dashboards and automation tasks.
  • Pull data from a range of sources and transform into Datasets.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret data to provide clear, meaningful, and practical insights to a non-technical audience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in statistics or a relevant field of study.
  • Proven skillset in SQL, Python, PowerBi, Excel, and Power Automate.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for querying and data validation.
  • Able to work self-sufficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain existing and create new analytics to measure performance of initiatives.
  • Experience of Supply Chain preferred.

Data & Analytics Responsibilities

  • Transforming manual reporting processes into fully automated reports.
  • End-to-end dashboard development:
  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Front-end visualisation design and build.
  • Developing and maintaining Power Automate flows.
  • Performing general data analysis:
  • Year-on-year (YoY) comparisons.
  • Month-by-month trend analysis.
  • Data validation and cleansing:
  • Working with third-party data sources.
  • Resolving quality issues and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Managing and working with databases:
  • MS Access.
  • SQL Server.
