We are seeking a confident and engaging Cybersecurity Awareness & Training Analyst to join a global organisation on a 12-month contract. This role will focus on designing and delivering impactful cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives that drive behavioural change across diverse audiences.
You will play a key role in promoting a strong security culture by translating complex cyber risks into clear, engaging content for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver role-based cybersecurity training programmes across the business
- Create engaging content including presentations, webinars, and awareness campaigns
- Lead training sessions, roadshows, and virtual learning events
- Partner with internal teams (IT, HR, Communications) to drive awareness initiatives
- Tailor messaging for different audiences and global regions
- Support rollout and management of learning content via LMS platforms (Workday)
- Track and report on engagement and training effectiveness
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience delivering training, learning, or awareness programmes
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in cybersecurity awareness or information security
- Experience with LMS platforms or eLearning tools
- Basic data analysis/reporting (e.g. Excel)
