- We're looking for a proactive
Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery across a high-profile global platform supporting buying, supplier management and purchasing processes across the Europe and North America.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
- Lead release planning, delivery governance, risk management and dependency tracking.
- Coach and mentor teams, fostering continuous improvement and high performance.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders across a complex global landscape.
- Support both BAU delivery and strategic transformation initiatives, including a major legacy modernisation programme.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager ideally in a retail environment.
- Strong planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering within Agile SAFe environments.
- Ability to influence, challenge and drive results in a fast-paced organisation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and cross-functional delivery teams.
