We’re supporting a client at the early stages of embedding AI and automation into their core delivery processes. This is a hands-on contract role focused on building, validating and scaling AI-driven solutions rather than heavy data engineering. This is not a pure data/SQL role – the focus is on practical application, delivery, and workflow automation.

The Role

  • You’ll sit across business and technology functions to help shape how AI is used day-to-day, moving from proof of concept into scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Key areas include:
    • Validating current AI use cases and identifying more efficient or scalable approaches
    • Designing and implementing automation across internal processes and workflows
    • Supporting POC development and helping transition these into live environments
    • Connecting tools across Microsoft 365, Adobe, and AI platforms into cohesive solutions
    • Working on dashboards, reporting, and timesheet automation improvements
    • Exploring and implementing prompting strategies and AI tooling
    • Supporting experimentation with tools such as Claude and broader AI ecosystems

  • Experience applying AI automation in real business workflows
  • Strong understanding of prompting, AI tools, and integration approaches
