Own the design vision and elevate the craft across a major national brand. I am supporting a leading consumer organisation in hiring a Senior Product Designer who can take a strategic and hands-on role across high visibility digital initiatives. You will shape product direction, lead discovery and delivery workstreams and mentor designers while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
You will influence product roadmaps and champion design excellence across teams. You will lead complex, multi-platform digital experiences from concept to delivery. You will help develop and evolve a design system used across the organisation.
Leading discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation for high impact projects. Translating research and data into clear design strategies and narratives. Coaching junior designers and raising design standards.
Deep experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio of shipped work. Expertise in modern design tools and prototyping. Confidence engaging with stakeholders and presenting design decisions.
Package: £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and a full benefits package.
