About the Role
We\'re looking for an experienced
User Researcher
to join our team and help shape exceptional user experiences. You\'ll work independently as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet real user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
user interviews
and
usability testing
to gather actionable insights. - Create
user personas
and
journey maps
to visualize user experiences. - Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders for design consistency.
- Stay current with
industry trends
and best practices in UX research. - Develop and present
design concepts and prototypes
for stakeholder review.
Skills & Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in
User Experience Research Tools and Techniques
. - Strong knowledge of
Qualitative & Quantitative Research
methods. - Familiarity with
Responsive and Adaptive Design
principles. - Ability to work independently and contribute actively in team discussions.
