Accountable for converting our clients enterprise transformation strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Own the integration and execution of the Enterprise Business, Data and Technology Transformation Programme, ensuring people, process, data and technology are delivered in the right sequence to accelerate value, improve decision making and enable AI-driven capabilities.
This role bridges strategy and delivery by translating an agreed transformation roadmap into disciplined execution, business adoption and realised benefits.
- Take ownership of transforming the enterprise roadmap into an executable delivery plan with clear milestones, dependencies, ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Drive delivery across multiple strategic programmes, ensuring initiatives translate into tangible operational and commercial improvements rather than remaining planning activities.
- Ensure governance, business capabilities, operating model, master data and technology are implemented in the correct sequence to maximise value.
- Lead executive governance forums, portfolio reviews and decision-making, providing recommendations on priorities, investment, delivery risk and benefits realisation.
- Provide oversight of a multi-million-pound transformation portfolio, ensuring resources remain focused on the highest-value opportunities.
- Embed delivery discipline through governance, KPI tracking, dependency management, benefits tracking and business readiness.
