We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Transformation Operations team and help deliver high-impact programmes that shape the future of our organisation.
About the Role
As a Transformation Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of complex, high-priority transformation programmes. These may include major integrations, digital and tech implementations, operating model changes, and cultural transformation initiatives. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, while embedding strong governance and project management controls. You'll also support the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal transformation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transformation projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and KPIs.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor resource capacity and adjust plans to maintain delivery efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality project documentation and leverage digital tools for collaboration.
- Conduct project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal initiatives to strengthen transformation capabilities and culture.
About You
You're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to project delivery. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable working across organisational boundaries. You bring a consulting mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for delivering value through transformation.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years of project management experience, ideally in transformation programmes.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects that drive business value.
- Experience in global organisations or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with various types of transformation (e.g. operating model, digital/tech, cultural).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) preferred.
- Knowledge of change management, process optimisation, and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical Industry.
