As an IT Analyst, you will be joining a dynamic team that supports a trading floor environment, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing high-quality support to business lines.

Hybrid Role – Central London Based – Rolling Contract role

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering daily IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the trading floor environment.
• Managing local assets and addressing proximity tickets efficiently.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Keeping processes and documentation updated and aligned with standard procedures.
• Providing support for telecom systems.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in server and application management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell and Unix administration.
• Experience in trading floor support.
• Strong problem solving abilities and capability to perform under pressure.
