Our Banking client is looking for an SC-Cleared Test Lead to oversee business-critical testing activity, drive quality across key programmes, and manage a growing team of testers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities with a strong focus on UAT and business testing.
- Manage and support a team of 5 skilled testers, ensuring workloads, priorities and quality standards are consistently met.
- Own and coordinate triage management, ensuring defects are assessed, prioritised and resolved effectively.
- Work closely with business UAT users and non-technical teams, providing excellent stakeholder management and clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Deliver high-quality, non-automated testing, ensuring test coverage, accuracy, and readiness for release.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure smooth delivery and risk management.
Experience Required
- Proven Test Lead experience in a commercial or enterprise environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with business teams and non-technical users.
- Solid background in UAT, business testing, and non-automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with triage management and defect processes.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.
