Job Description

Contract Length: 6 MonthsLocation: Leeds (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Based in Leeds for 2 days per week, you'll play a key role in sourcing top talent across our Claims function and supporting wider business areas when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates across Claims and other business functions using job boards, social media, and networking
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing expert recruitment guidance
  • Complete all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including ATS updates, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Promote employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Experience working with financial services
  • Ability to quickly adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
