Make an immediate impact on a wave of new retail initiatives. We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the retail space to hire a high‑calibre Retail Project Manager. You’ll step straight into a fast‑moving portfolio, spanning multiple NPD launches and new retail programmes, and drive complex projects from concept through to go‑live on the shopfloor.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end‑to‑end delivery for medium-large scale NPD retail projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Building robust, transparent timelines and reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations.
  • Owning and tracking budgets for all retail activity within NPD programmes.
  • Orchestrating cross‑functional delivery with creative, production, content and commercial teams.
  • Communicating crisply with senior stakeholders; escalating issues early and decisively.
  • Ensuring every initiative stays aligned to strategy and lands on time with measurable impact.
