SRG are seeking a detail-oriented Hub Labeling Manager to support regulatory labeling activities across multiple markets with a leading pharmaceutical company. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to compliance, digital innovation, and cross-functional collaboration within a global regulatory environment. Fluency in English, French, and German is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain regulatory labeling documents (LPDs, LLDs, PLDs) in line with internal procedures and external requirements.
- Develop and compile submission-ready labeling documentation, including annotated labels, change histories, and comparison tables.
- Manage labeling systems and workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews of labeling outputs to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regulatory expertise to support submissions and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to process improvements, digital initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies.
