Strategy Manager - Consultancy experience needed
Our client within the Insurance sector, are recruiting for a Strategy Manager to join the team on a contract basis remotely.
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals using best practice strategy tools and frameworks
- Lead all aspects of project scoping, deliverables and activities required validate opportunities to optimise sales both tech enabled and non-tech initiatives
- Manage initiatives from start to finish and work together with each Exco member and multiple organisational stakeholders to ensure delivery
- Drive development of the content, either directly or by providing guidance (for example, by sharing ideas, frameworks or providing input on research and analysis)
- Scope and manage strategies for new product releases and enhancements, including developing enablement materials and market analysis
- Supporting the ExCo in the buildout of a new product in a regulated, complex industry
- Build and maintain consensus with ExCo on initiative goals, critical issues, workplan, implications, recommendations, and implementation plan
- Synthesise complex inputs and analyses into compelling, executive-ready recommendations that inform strategy and contribute to long-term business success
- Prepare materials for steering committees and internal discussions
Experience required:
- Proven strategy development and implementation experience
- Consulting experience with top tier firm
- Experience in sales optimisation, growth focused projects
