You'll step into a desk with momentum, credibility, and the freedom to develop it further in a way that suits your strengths alongside other markets.

- Qualifying requirements and advising on market conditions, rates, availability, and hiring strategy
- Sourcing, engaging, and managing IT professionals through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Growing accounts through repeat business, extensions, and new hiring needs
You'll have strong internal support but the autonomy to run your desk like your own business.
About You

- Consultant level - confident managing roles independently and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers

You're organised, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving IT recruitment environment.
